Announcement of a competitive selection for the provision of financial statement audit services

Interested organizations are invited to participate in the tender.

Following the results of the tender, the independent audit organization and the maximum fee for its services will be approved at the General Meeting of Shareholders.

The tender proposal must include the following documents:

• Application for participation in the tender with proposed contract terms (timing, maximum service fees, etc.);

• Document confirming the right to provide audit services, qualification certificates and attestations of employees;

• Information about the company;

• Presence of an auditor with an international accounting certificate (CIPA, ACCA, CAP, or certificates including the "ISA Audit" exam or other international accounting certificates);

• At least 10 years of experience in the field of auditing.

Candidate documents are accepted within 10 days from the date of publication of the tender notice. Proposals submitted after the deadline will be deemed invalid and will not be considered.
