According to the results of 2018, 2019 and 2020, the owners of preference shares of Uzbekneftegaz JSC received dividends in the amount of 25% of the par value of the company's shares.

Uzbekneftegaz JSC is ready to transfer dividends to shareholders, but due to the failure of shareholders to provide their bank details, the transfer of dividends is not possible.

Based on this, in order to receive dividends in a timely manner, we ask shareholders (successors or heirs) to contact the Department for Work with Shareholders of Uzbekneftegaz JSC and provide bank details (settlement account, bank TIN, MFO bank, shareholder's bank card number) and a copy of the passport shareholder.
