The work of the "Working Group" headed by the Chairman of the Board of JSC "Uzbekneftegaz" Mekhriddin Abdullayev continues to work on monitoring the status of ongoing measures to increase gas production and the implementation of geological and technical measures at the fields of Kashkadarya region.
The study of the "Working Group" headed by the Chairman of the Board is aimed at increasing oil and gas production by analyzing the current situation in the fields, and eliminating the identified shortcomings on the spot.
On the second day of the visit, the "Working Group" headed by the Chairman of the Board got acquainted with the activity of wells in about 10 fields subordinate to the Mubarek Oil and Gas Production Department.
The "working group" studied production wells No. 335, 336, 321 of the Zevarda field, where drilling is currently underway. With the leadership of the drilling organization and the Mubarek oil and gas production department, an analysis was made of the implementation of drilling operations according to the established plan. The Chairman of the Management Board gave instructions to resolve problematic issues for the timely supply of material and technical resources necessary to accelerate drilling.
Currently, in order to increase gas production, a comprehensive workover of wells is being carried out with drilling of a sidetrack in the existing complex of gas wells at the South Kemachi field. In 2023, it is planned to carry out similar work at 13 wells of this field, at present, comprehensive repair work is underway at wells No. 1, 2, 24, 64 and 144. In the process of studying, the special equipment used for repair work and their capabilities were discussed. The Chairman of the Board instructed the heads of responsible departments to study the issue of wide application of measures in this direction based on the results obtained from these wells.
It should be noted that comprehensive repair work is being carried out by Maxsusenergogaz JSC. Drilling rigs "ZJ-20" and "ZJ-30", equipped with modern installations manufactured by one of the world's leading companies "Yantai Jereh Petroleum Equipment & Technologies Co Ltd.", were involved in drilling these wells. At the same time, drilling of linear and horizontal parts of wells, as well as technological control services are carried out by highly qualified specialists of the Chinese company "KARAMAY JIANYE ENERGY Co.Ltd" based on modern technologies.
The working group also visited the fields of the Tegirmon group in order to monitor the status of work at new fields discovered in 2022 as part of the Hydrocarbon Reserves Development Program in the territory of Mubarek. Initially, drilling of production wells No. 6,14,17 at the Tegirmon field, No. 12 at the Garbiy Tegirmon field was studied. In addition, they got acquainted with the drilling of production and exploration wells No. 4.5 at the Yangi Olot field and No. 1 at the promising Oltinkul site.
The Chairman of the Management Board determined the location for drilling well No. 10-OE to assess the prospects of the Yangi Olot field. A report was heard on the work carried out by the Center for Modeling to determine the location of wells. Responsible persons were given permission to install a drilling rig on the well and start drilling.
In order to speed up work at the Yangi Olot field, the Chairman of the Board talked with the heads of the fields, drilling and workover foremen, gave instructions to those responsible for the proposals submitted by them.
It should be noted that in 2022, the Mubarek Oil and Gas Production Department produced 14.7 billion cubic meters of natural gas from 619 production wells at 34 gas fields. The gas extracted from the fields underwent primary treatment at 15 preliminary and complex gas treatment units, after pressure increase at 16 compressor stations, it was transferred to the Mubarek gas processing plant for processing.
In 2023, the Mubarek Oil and Gas Production Department plans to drill 26 wells (of which 16 are exploration wells), overhaul and intensify 245 wells, and put 8 technological facilities into operation as part of geological and technical measures. As a result, 1,630.6 million cubic meters of natural gas and 14.3 thousand tons of liquid hydrocarbons will be produced.
