COMPETITIVE SELECTION FOR THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL REPORTING AUDIT SERVICES IS ANNOUNCED

Joint Stock Company "MAXSUSENERGOGAZ" announces a competition for the selection of an audit organization to conduct a mandatory external audit of the financial statements of JSC "MAXSUSENERGOGAZ" for 2022 in accordance with national and international auditing standards (ISA) prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Interested organizations are invited to participate in the competition.

Following the results of the tender, the General Meeting of Shareholders will approve an independent audit organization and the maximum amount of payment for its services.

The tender offer must contain the following documents:

- application for participation in the tender with the proposed terms of the contract (terms of holding, the maximum amount of payment for services, etc.);

- a supporting document for the right to provide audit services, qualification certificates and certificates for employees;

- company information;

- the presence in the staff of an auditor who has an international certificate of accountant (CIPA, ACCA, CAP or including an exam on the subject "Audit by ISA", other international certificates of accountant);

- experience in the field of audit for at least 10 years.

Candidates' documents are accepted within 10 days from the date of publication of the announcement of the competition. Proposals submitted after these deadlines are considered invalid and will not be accepted for consideration.
